Harbour Shores is a new waterfront master-planned residential community located close to Harbour Town, offering a diverse mix of waterfront villas and mid-rise apartments set within a subtropical landscape. The development has been conceived as an integrated residential community where architecture, landscape and public spaces work together to create a distinctive and welcoming neighbourhood.

A key feature of the project is the shared architectural and landscape language that unifies the villas and apartments, creating a cohesive identity across the development. Residents are connected through a network of landscaped park spaces, a waterfront boardwalk, playgrounds and communal areas, with rooftop communal spaces providing additional opportunities for gathering and recreation.

Prior to residents moving into the first buildings, the architect will lead a guided tour of the development, providing an insight into the design thinking behind the buildings and masterplan, including the approach to architecture, landscape, communal spaces and the overall implementation of the project.
