Built with resilience in mind, the centre is equipped with the latest smart technology and can operate independently for up to 10 days if critical infrastructure were to fail. This robust functionality ensures that in times of crisis, essential services and disaster response operations can continue seamlessly, safeguarding the community during its most vulnerable moments.
With a capacity to house over 100 emergency personnel, the centre provides a dedicated space for key agencies to collaborate, coordinate, and respond to disasters in real-time. It serves as a central hub where emergency teams, government bodies, and vital community services can come together to manage and mitigate the impacts of severe weather, floods, fires, and other disaster and emergency events requiring a coordinated response.
