ENVI Micro Urban Village

You may have seen this development on the TV news and in the press.

It's ENVI, aimed at millennials, who find it hard to leap into the housing market as they try to balance affordability and lifestyle against buying their first home. Located in Southport’s CBD, ENVI may solve the problem in the form of an exciting new Micro Urban Village.

The concept is simple: affordable, high quality, high density housing - not on the surburban fringe but in the middle of the action with health and recreation services, public transport, shopping, restaurants, cafes, schools, parklands and jobs close to home.

What makes the concept new is the way it builds in, not up or out. This unique process transforms one ordinary house block into ten new ones, providing owners with body corporate free homes.

The $4.3 million urban village features micro house and land lots as small as 40 square metres. It was the first time CBD urban freehold lots of this size were approved on the Gold Coast.
