Designed by BDA Architecture, The Oxley respects the scale and rhythm of its surroundings, with a carefully composed facade, shady street awning, and a southern laneway that invites in natural light and fresh coastal breezes.

A standout feature is the lush greenery integrated throughout the project — from cascading planter boxes and layered landscaping to shady trees and green buffers. These touches soften the architecture, while timber-look finishes and white brickwork nod to the local coastal vernacular.

Thoughtful shopfront design ensures flexibility and accessibility, while maintaining a consistent, high-quality streetscape that feels inviting and walkable.
