This workshop was designed to tap into children’s natural creativity, allowing them to express their desires and needs when reimagining an ideal learning environment.
Open to kids aged 7-12.
Event Details
Circle Time: A welcoming session where participants participated in a fun icebreaker activity.
Introduction and Invitation: Facilitators introduced themselves and the workshop’s goals. Participants were inspired and invited to become “architects” and creators of their dream classroom/school.
Create: Participants used a variety of materials, such as recycled items and clay, to design their dream classroom or school. They chose a base shape (circle, square, prism, or abstract) to build upon.
Exhibition: Participants showcased their designs to visitors, including parents, local artists, and designers.
