GCOH2025 – PROGRAM ANNOUNCED SOON!

Gold Coast Open House (GCOH) is back for 2025, inviting curious minds and design lovers to explore the city like never before on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September.

This free, city-wide celebration of architecture, design, and urban storytelling offers rare access to the spaces that shape the Gold Coast’s character and culture. From historic homes and contemporary masterpieces to behind-the-scenes infrastructure and community favourites, the 2025 program features a diverse range of buildings—including exciting new additions!

With immersive experiences, behind-the-scenes access, and a focus on stories that bring spaces to life, Gold Coast Open House 2025 promises a unique and inspiring view of the city’s evolving identity.

We are also excited to partner with SWELL Sculpture Festival for a special fundraising event celebrating art, architecture and community. This unique collaboration will bring together creatives and suppoters for an unforgettable evening – all in support of keeping Gold Coast Open House as a free and accessible event.
