House on Brandon is a contemporary translation of a ‘no fuss’ beach shack.
The house has been designed by Seven Mile Architects in a way which prioritises the dependable warmth of northern light and the interactions a young family will have between the sundrenched pockets of internal and external spaces. The ground floor living space is conceived as one long, thin volume to exaggerate the sense of openness and strengthen the indoor-outdoor relationship. The focus of internal areas is drawn towards the inspiring and uniquely adapted coastal landscape of Pandanus and Coastal Banksias.
It is a welcoming home that promotes connection of inhabitants and supports an active coastal lifestyle.
This is not an accessible venue.
