Dolphin Court House – A Masterpiece of Space and Light
Designed by ME, the Dolphin Court House on the Gold Coast is an architectural triumph that masterfully blends functionality with aesthetic innovation. Situated on a challenging narrow site, the home uses a series of clever spatial techniques to maximize space, creating an expansive and immersive living experience.
Upon entering, you're greeted with sweeping views of the canal, and the home’s design makes you feel as though you're occupying an outdoor space—thanks to the open-plan layout and a monumental ceiling that invites dappled light from the surrounding pool and canal. This clever connection to the natural landscape allows for seamless integration between indoor and outdoor living, enhancing the overall experience.
The south-facing bedrooms are strategically placed along the site boundary, creating privacy while maintaining the home’s flowing spatial orientation. Built with robust materials, Dolphin Court House is designed to stand the test of time, combining durability with a sense of timeless beauty.
The result is a home that optimises every inch of space, offers an extraordinary connection to its surroundings, and sets a new benchmark in architectural design on the Gold Coast.
Tours take place at 10:00am and 11:00am on Saturday 12 October and last for 45 minutes. Please note, although tour times are fully booked, you can still join the waitlist.
