- Meeting Point: Kirra Hill Community and Cultural Centre. Look out for the Gold Coast Open House flag.
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and water.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes.
- The tour will utilise public footpaths and streets. There will be a short descent at the beginning of the tour with the rest of the tour on mostly flat terrain
