Fold out sleep pods were an innovation developed in response to town planning limits. They take up less space when folded up and give the kids the impression they are sleeping in a tent by the beach.
It was the Australian Institute of Architects Gold Coast region House of the Year and sustainability winner. At the Queensland awards, it won the Robin Dods Award for Best Residential Architecture Houses, and was shortlisted in the Sustainable Architecture category.
