FOCUS ON ARCHITECTURE PHOTO COMPETITION 2017

Andrew Paton Southport Masonic Centre 1280 x 854

Gold Coast Open House Focus on Architecture Photography Competition invites photographers of all ages and levels to pack their cameras, visit one of the buildings on display, and get snapping for the chance to share in $1,500 in prizes.

On the day, photographers can choose to take photos at one or more of the buildings, places or spaces on display.

Entries in the Focus On Architecture photography competition will be judged by a panel comprising Gold Coast Open House committee members, architects and sponsors. The competition is open to anyone with an interest in architecture and design and a passion and flair for photography.

Creativity, quality of photography and architectural significance will be considered by the judges. Interior or exterior photos that best capture the essence and character of one or more of the buildings or spaces can be entered in the competition.

Before taking photos or submitting your entry, please refer to the competition terms and conditions.

Gold Coast Open House is also seeking expressions of interest from volunteer photographers.

Entries in the Focus on Architecture Photography Competition will be open via Instagram in two categories, Junior (primary and secondary students) and Open.

To enter your photos of Gold Coast Open House buildings, upload them and tag #gcoh17open or #gcoh17jnr. Entries close midnight Tuesday 7 November, 2017.
